1. Acceptance of terms

By subscribing to and using RouteBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

RouteBook is a web-based subscription software service for generating and managing invoices for home-to-school transport operators. The Service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are as stated at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not share your data with third parties. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to generate fraudulent invoices or misrepresent your services to any third party.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Service availability

We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
