RouteBook is a software service for school transport operators. For questions about this policy, contact us at support@routebookinvoicing.co.uk.
We collect: your email address and company name (at sign-up); payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card details); invoicing data you enter (company details, council information, routes, driver names, invoice amounts); usage data (login times, actions performed).
Your data is used to: provide the invoicing service; process your subscription payment; send you service-related emails (receipts, important notices); improve the Service. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored on secure servers in the EU/UK. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We conduct regular security reviews.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We do not use any other third-party services that process your invoicing data.
We retain your data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion or have a legal obligation to retain records.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data; object to processing; withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at support@routebookinvoicing.co.uk.
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
