Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of purchase and have not generated more than 5 invoices, you are entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of your subscription period.

Service outages

If the Service experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, we will provide a pro-rata credit to your account for the affected period.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@routebookinvoicing.co.uk with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
